  • How are rentals priced at 4VIP?
    All rental rates are based on a 24 hour period.
  • What one day, week-end & week rental means?
    One day rental means 24 hours, week-end is 3 days beginning Thursday, Friday or even Saturday, 1 week is 7 days.
  • What do I need to bring with me for the rental?
    All renters must present a valid drivers license with a photograph at the time of rental. You will need to provide a major credit card. U.S residents can provide proof of car insurance if they choose not to buy our insurance.
  • What kind of insurance coverage is offered?
    If you do not have your own transferable collision insurance, we offer an optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) ($39.99 to $99.99) & Liability Insurance (LIS) ($19.99 to 79.99) depending on each car.
  • How do I make a reservation with 4VIP?
    To make a reservation we will need to run a credit card authorization and verify which form of insurance will be used. You can supply all necessary information over the phone at 1-866-654-4VIP(4847) or through our online reservations form. After making a reservation on the Web, you will be contacted by phone for confirmation and guaranteed vehicle of choice, with the exception of any unforeseen circumstances.
  • What fees does the State of Florida impose?
    A sales tax of 7% and a $2.05/day road tax will be applied to all rentals.
  • What is the mileage charge?
    The customer is entitled to 100 miles per day. On most vehicles, additional mileage is $0.50/mile, some Exotic and luxury cars are $0.75 to $1.50 a mile.
  • Are additional drivers permitted?
    One additional driver is permitted and must be able to provide a valid driver’s license. Depending on the car, a daily fee ranging from $19.99 to $39.99 will be charged.
  • Do you deliver cars at the hotels?
    Yes, all major hotels from Miami, Fort Lauderdale to Palm Beach and surrounding areas. Upon request we can deliver to Orlando, Naples & Tampa depending on the length of the rental for an additional fee.
  • Do you have GPS/Navigation System?
    Yes, we do provide GPS/Navigation System for an extra charge, but on some of our vehicles; GPS/Navigation System is already integrated within the car.
  • Do you provide Child-Seats?
    Yes, we also provide child-seat for you child.
  • Do you provide the Florida SunPass?
    Yes, this is a unique feature from 4VIP to our clientele. All our vehicles have the Sunpass sticker on our front windshield and it is free of charge. We strive to provide to our clientele convenience and through providing the Florida SunPass we offer that.
  • Is off-roading permitted?
    No, no matter which vehicle is rented, all renters are not allowed to use the vehicle for off-roading, racetrack, or illegal purposes.
  • What happens if I'm involved in a car rental traffic accident?
    If needed, seek medical attention, and contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation. A police report must be filed.
  • Do you lease cars for short term or long term period?
    Yes, we offer affordable rates for short term & long term period.
  • Can I use my international driver's license to rent a car?
    Valid driver's licenses issued in your state or country is acceptable as well as international licenses.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept, cash, credit card, travels check, or debit card.
  • Do you rent automatic or stick shift cars?
    We have automatic cars and stick shift cars; make sure you ask for a stick shift in advance since most of our cars are automatic.
  • Is there an additional charge for fuel?
    Fuel must be brought back the same way it was given to you.
  • Is there an additional charge for underage?
    Yes, it only applies to customers that are 21 to 24 years old.
  • Do you offer car rental coupons?
    Yes we do, you can print it out from the web site when available.
  • How long in advance should I make a car rental reservation?
    We recommend that you reserve and place a deposit on your desired vehicle as soon as you know the date and for how long you would like to rent it. This will help ensure that you get your vehicle(s) of choice, as well as, your desired rental time and date. Please be sure to check out our rental policy for our procedures on cancellations.
  • What can I expect after I make a reservation on a luxury or exotic car?
    After we receive your reservation made online, by phone, or by fax, we will contact you to verify your information and place a deposit of US$200 on your credit card to hold your reservation. Shortly thereafter, we will send you a reservation confirmation by email containing all of the details of your rental.
  • Can I rent a luxury or exotic car at the last minute?
    Yes, of course you can; however, we prefer you set up the rental at least two days in advance so that we may verify your insurance, driving record, and make sure your vehicle is available, clean and ready. Sometimes when rentals are done at the last minute the customer has to be a little bit flexible on the selection of the vehicle in order to accommodate him on a similar vehicle of choice in case the first option is not available.
  • If I call on the weekend, will I be able to rent a vehicle from you on that day?
    Yes, as long as we have the vehicle available for the customer it would not be any problem
  • Does 4VIP accept walk-in customers?
    We normally do most of our rentals through our online system as we expedite the delivery process that way, but we do accept walk-ins. We understand that some customers prefer to see our available vehicles in-situ before renting them.
  • If I am 25 years old or younger, can someone who is older than me rent the vehicle for me?
    At 4VIP we try to be flexible with our rental experience. Our rental agents will try to work out a way to help our customer find an acceptable solution. We accept that this business is in a certain way risky, but we also believe that measured risk could be acceptable. The fleet available for customers younger than 25 years old is limited to the least expensive luxury vehicles. Please call us to see to what situation you qualify.
  • Can I place a cash deposit on a luxury or exotic car rental at 4VIP?
    Yes you can. When you make your reservation, please let us know that you would like to make your damage deposit in cash. When the deposit is made in cash, we normally require a higher amount.
  • Do you accept debit cards for luxury or exotic car rentals at 4VIP?
    Yes we do accept debit cards for the rental for specific cases. Again at 4VIP we strive to be flexible and we consider a personalized service depending on each situation.
  • If I don’t have the necessary insurance coverage, can I still qualify for a luxury or exotic car rental at 4VIP?
    You may still qualify for a luxury or exotic car rental. If you don’t have the insurance coverage needed, 4VIP can provide you with CDW and SLI insurance to cover your rental period. You should also know that few companies can legally sell insurance to their clients.
  • I've had insurance through my insurance company for just a short period, do I still qualify?
    Yes, you should qualify; however, you can give your insurance company a quick call to verify. Normally major insurance carriers such as State Farm, GEICO, Progressive, Allstate, Farmers Insurance provide automatic car rental coverage.
  • How many exotic and luxury cars do you have available for rent on your fleet?
    Everything that you see on our website is available for rent! If you would like to rent a vehicle that you don’t see on our website, call us immediately because it is very likely that we either have it or we can get it right away for you.
  • How many locations do you have?
    Our main office is located in North Miami, Florida and we have three satellite offices, located in Hallandale, Miami and Pembroke Park. We also provide service throughout the state of Florida. Call us to see if your rental qualifies for delivery and pickup outside of South Florida.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes, at 4VIP we just came out with the Gift Certificate Program. For any additional information go to our Gift Certificate Page.
  • Do you have a mailing list?
    Again and as well as with the Gift Certificate Program, at 4VIP we are implementing a newsletter and and mailing list program. If you want to be placed on our mailing list, just email us at info@4viprentacar.com. As a member of our mailing list you will receive a newsletter as well as specials and promotions that we have.
  • Do you rent to international clients?

  • How much do you charge to deliver/pick-up a vehicle to/from South Florida airports?
    Pick-up and drop-off with-in a 35 mile radius of our location, are complimentary for most of our vehicles. In some instances there is a small fee for pick up and delivery, call or email us to find out more.
  • Is it permitted to smoke in 4VIP vehicles?
    We do not permit smoking in any of our vehicles.

If we find out a customer smoke in our vehicles, we will charge $200 to have the car thoroughly cleaned.
